Painter"The land knows you, even when you are lost." -Robin Wall Kimmerer
My nature journal entries take full flight in my paintings, which I aim to reflect the natural beauty of the world and our place in it, suspended in the ecosystems of life and renewal. I hope to live up to my namesake, Ceridwen: the Gaelic Goddess of Wisdom and Keeper of the Cauldron. Enrolled at WWU, I study for a B.S. degree in Mathematics/Biology with a minor in Chemistry. I live on the Swinomish Indian Reservation with my extended family, and I couldn't be happier living anywhere other than this vibrant and united community of La Conner.

He/Him
PhotographerBorn and raised in Whatcom County & currently attending Whatcom Community College. I'm a 20 year old Trans guy. I typically doodle or make comics, but recently had to take a step back from that form of art. My friends started taking me on foraging & hiking trips, I wish to share the photos I've captured, since I've started to have a small interest in taking photographs.

Mixed Media ArtistHello all! I'm Alex from La Conner WA and I've been an creating art since before I can remember. I'll work with any material I can get my hands on, but mostly digital art, traditional drawing as well as paper mache sculptures. From stylized semi-realism, to vibrant colors and cartoonist proportions, I try to make my art emotional and expressive. I am very excited to share my work with you!

Elliot Drinkwine
He/Him
DrawingFor me, art and storytelling go hand in hand. Every character I create, every piece I draw, it all has meaning. And I mean that literally. For every piece I have, I have the character down too. They have a name, a personality, things that make them tick. They're pieces of me- my queerness, my anxiety, my place in the world- all of it, chopped up and refined into their own beings. Often they're just stored in my head (or my notes app) but they're real to me. And I hope that comes through. I hope my love, my time, my effort for everything I make comes through.

She/Her
Mixed MediaI am a queer and disabled artist who grew up all over Western WA. I often try to incorporate aspects of my Seattle childhood in my art, as well nature and fairytale themes. I can often be found at local art markets, selling my jewelry, stickers and art prints of my hand-painted or digitally-drawn works, and textile goods.

Mixed Media
Ideas for my artwork come to me spontaneously, and it's important to record them as soon as possible before they slip away. I also draw inspiration from the world around me, sometimes taking photos of things that catch my eye, and working on them at a later time. I find that conversing with others about their interests and viewing photographs taken by myself or others can also spark my creativity. The mediums I use are a blend of acrylics and oils, stencils, papers, and other materials, which I use to create simplistic art or more intricate pieces with a range of colors. Depending on the subject or idea, I can spend anywhere from a day to several weeks or months working on a piece. All of my artwork is crafted in my home art studio, and I offer my pieces in various sizes, from small to 30x30 canvases. Additionally, I offer prints of my work that are matted and framed upon request. I'm fortunate to draw inspiration from the natural beauty that surrounds me, as I reside on the Nooksack River in Washington State, with the stunning Mt. Baker as my backdrop.

He/Him
Mixed MediaMy art is about self expression. Breaking traditional rules and embracing queer joy is what I'm all about. I'm newer to digital art, but excited to keep it up. I lived in southern Louisiana for 7 years, but other than that I've been a La Conner local.
